Being awarded the 1st Prize in the category “Concert Performers” at the prestigious contest “Città di Castelfidardo” (2013), Samuele Telari broke an Italian fast that had lasted for 20 years by the time. This triumph adds to other victories such as 3rd prize in Klingenthal Accordeon Wettbeweb,  “Premio Zinetti” (Section Soloists), “Premio A.Salieri”, “Premio Civardi (Val Tidone Competition)”, “Eratai”, “Contemporaneamente Fisarmonica” (“Santa Cecilia” Conservatory), “Premio FENAM”, and many others. Recently he gave many concerts abroad as a soloist in a number of events such as the “Day of the Ukrainian bajan and accordion-2014″ Festival (Kiev), at the invitation of the famous composer Volodymyr Runchak, the Concert Season “Società Umanitaria”, and the “Star of Competitions” festival  in Kragujevac (Serbia). He also played with major orchestras such as “I Virtuosi Italiani” at the Sala Maffeiana in Verona and the “State Hermitage Orchestra” at the “Musical Olympus Festival” held in St. Petersburg, where he performed in the world premiere of “Zenith – Concerto for Accordion and Orchestra” by Enrico Blatti. Last year, he gave a concert at the Royal Academy of Music in London, together with other students from the class of Accordion of the Conservatory of Santa Cecilia; it’s precisely in such a prestigious conservatory that he got graduated  in the Accordion class under the theachings  of Massimiliano Pitocco. In 2013 he also held a tournée in Riga (Latvia) during the “XII Starptautiskā Akordeonistu Festivāla”; in June of the same year he made his debut with the “Imago Sonora ensemble” in the Sala Casella of the Accademia Filarmonica Romana, performing a premiere of Telli, Quagliarini, Fournier, Gentile. He performed in major Italian halls such as Palazzo Montecitorio (Salone della Regina), Musei Capitolini (Sala dei Conservatori), Teatro Marcello, Villa Torlonia, Palazzo Gonzaga, Casa Menotti (Spoleto), Sala Accademica (Santa Cecilia Conservatory), Teatro Eliseo, Museo di Roma in Trastevere, Piazza Campitelli (Sala Baldini), Teatro Tor Bella Monaca, MAXXI Museum. He performed world premieres for Di Cecca, Morgantini and Munari. In the summer of 2011 he was called to take part in the show of the famous Italian comedian Giorgio Panariello, during a stage of the tour “Panariello non esiste” at the Arena in Verona. In 2009 and 2010 he took part in the Finals of the “Coupe Mondiale de l’Accordéon” (New Zealand and Croatia), getting very close to victory in the category Classical and Varietè (he was second-placed in both). He attended some master classes with internationally renowned teachers such as Corrado Rojac, Giuseppe Scigliano, Mika Vayrynen, Yuri Shishkin, Dario Flammini, Owen Murray, Jean Luc Manca, Franck Angelis. At 9 years old, he took part in the TV show “Bravo Bravissimo” winning the “Sympathy Prize”. Recently, he became part of the group of musicians sponsored by the “Gioventù Musicale Italiana”, an association which collaborates with renowned musicians such as Riccardo Muti, Sviatoslav Richter, Arthur Rubinstein, Severino Gazzelloni and many others.

“Premio Adamo Volpi ” (Loreto), “Premio Bizzarri” (Morro d’Oro), “Premio Wolmer Beltrami”, “Premio Città di Scopello”, “Premio Leo Ceroni”, “Spring Festival” (Spoleto) are more of the many awards won by Samuele Telari from the age of 6, when he approached the accordion thanks to Maestro Renzo Tomassetti.
